Printing Contact Information

You can print your contact information in a variety of formats. These formats include an alphabetical card style, a memo style, and a phone directory style.

To print the current Contacts list (this can be the main Contacts list or any lists that you have created in separate folders), select File to access the Outlook Backstage. Then select Print. The Print window opens, with a preview of the default print style. A number of print styles are available in the Settings box. You can choose from different print formats for your contact list, such as Card Style, Small Booklet Style, and Phone Directory Style.
