PowerPoint can display your presentation in different views. These views are available in the Presentation Views group on the Ribbon’s View tab, and each view is designed for a particular purpose. For example, Normal view is designed for building your presentation and provides you with the Slide pane, which enables you to insert text and other objects onto the selected slide. Each slide is also represented by a thumbnail, which makes it easy to select a specific slide in the presentation (or several slides at once). By contrast, Notes Page view concentrates on the speaker’s notes that you are creating for your presentation and de-emphasizes the actual slides.
