Adding Links

You can access files, content on websites, email addresses, or pages in a OneNote notebook (either the current notebook or another one) by taking advantage of links. Links are exactly as advertised; they are pointers to a file location, a website URL, an email address, or a page in a notebook. When you select a link, the appropriate application opens to provide you with the linked item. For example, in the case of a linked Word document, Word opens and loads the file referenced in the link. If the link is a web page URL, your web browser opens and loads the page. For an email address, your default email client (probably Outlook because you are using Office) starts and opens a new email for the contact referenced in the email link. ...
