Changing the Document Display
Word gives you several viewing possibilities as you work on your documents in the application window. All the viewing options are available on the Ribbon’s View tab. The Document Views group provides commands for the different document views, such as Read Mode, Print Layout, and Draft. The Zoom group enables you to access the Zoom dialog box and quickly zoom to 100%. The Window group enables you to arrange the open document windows and view two documents side by side. Figure 7.16 shows the Ribbon’s View tab and a document in the Print Layout view with Multiple Pages selected in the Zoom group.
