Printing Worksheets
Printing worksheets is a two-step process. As you enter information on a worksheet, you don’t need to worry about the overall layout of the sheet until you need a hard copy. The Page Layout tab of the Ribbon provides all the commands you need to adjust the overall layout of the sheet, including page orientation, margins, and page sizes. You can also scale the sheet and insert page breaks into the worksheet as needed.
After you have adjusted the various page layout settings using the Page Layout tab, you can open the Backstage Print page, which enables you to specify the printer for the printout and also configure other print settings, such as what is to be printed, how many copies should be printed, and how the printouts should ...
