Printing Notebook Pages

Although OneNote is designed for creating electronic notebooks, you can print pages in a notebook, if needed. You can print a specific page, a group of pages, or all the pages in a particular section.

The Print command and print preview are accessed via the OneNote Backstage. To access the Backstage, select File on the Ribbon. When you select Print in the Backstage, the Print window for OneNote contains two possibilities: Print and Print Preview.

When you select Print, the Print dialog box opens, as shown in Figure 31.15. The Print dialog box enables you to specify the printer to be used for the print job, and you can specify preferences related to the selected printer.
