Printing Outlook Items

You can print Outlook items in the Outlook Backstage. Select File on the Ribbon. (You can access the Backstage from any item Ribbon, such as the Message Ribbon or Event Ribbon.) Accessing the Backstage from any item type enables you to quickly print the item you are working with (be it a message, contact, task, or event). Outlook also provides options for printing the entire contents of a folder, such as the People (contacts) folder. Because the Print window combines print settings, such as the selection of the print style and print preview, you can fine-tune your print job before printing.
