13.4 Search and Replace
The fastest way to find text is to use (Ctrl)+(S) searchtext. The command starts the search immediately after the first character has been entered. So if you want to search for secondary mode and type (Ctrl)+(S) “sec”, the cursor will already jump to the first word that starts with sec. Instead of typing the other letters, you can then jump to the next word that also starts with sec by pressing (Ctrl)+(S) again. (If you enter only lowercase letters, there is no distinction between uppercase and lowercase.) If you now suddenly decide that you actually want to search for severity, you can delete the c by using the (Backspace) key.
