Several chapters on the server application of Linux start at this point. Most of these chapters provide enough material to fill an entire book each—and indeed, there are various books that deal only with Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, Postfix, or Samba.
In this respect, this section of the book should be regarded as an introduction rather than a complete reference. Nevertheless, about 250 pages is quite sufficient to give you a first idea of how to set up a web and mail server or a Windows-compatible file server on Linux.
