27.6    Example: Company Server

In this example, a small company manufactures measuring devices. A Samba server is set up to simplify central backups and data exchange. All employees get their own directory there. There are also several shared directories that are summarized in Table 27.2. Table 27.3 shows to which groups the employees belong depending on their position in the company.
