Sender Policy FrameworkFor SPF, a DNS record announces which hosts are authorized to send email for the domains.
DomainKeys Identified MailIn the DKIM method, the public component of a key is stored in a DNS entry. The mail server signs the email with a private key. The recipient can use the public key to test the signature and thus establish beyond doubt that the email was really sent by the authorized host.
