So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

る職業や立場の人にも参考になります。
Q.ITILを学ぶとどんないいことがあるのですか？
A. ずばり、世の中が変わって見えます！例えば毎日がむしゃらに仕事
をしていて、気が付いたら
1 年があっという間に終わっているとか、
ちょっとしたことでむしゃくしゃして、仕事が進まない、などという
ことが減ります。物事を見る目線が、「担当者目線」から「管理者目
線」へと変わるからです。
