So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

「あれ!?ちゃんと見える化したのに赤字だ」
ある日のこと。八兵衛さんは帳簿を見てショックを受けました。
最近の正常化した仕入れ量で今週も仕入れたにもかかわらず、明ら
かに今週は売れ行きが悪いのです。
先月以降、娘の美乃梨さんに手伝ってもらいつつ、あらゆるデータ
を取ってビジネスの現状の「見える化」を進めてきました。そうし
て見えてきた「経営のムダ」を、一つ一つ潰してきたのです。
売れ残りも在庫も減り、仕入れた分だけ販売できる健全な経営へと、
少しずつ立て直してきました。おかげでこれまで積みあがってきて
いた赤字も減り、黒字へと転換しつつあったのに…。
このままでは、以前と変わらず、土曜日に一掃処分セールをしなく
てはなりません。また赤字に逆戻りです。

「仕入れを減らしたのに赤字だなんて。これ以上仕入れを
減らすとなると、商売あがったりじゃねぇか…！」
自暴自棄になっている八兵衛さんの姿を見て、隣に座っていた美乃
梨さんは溜息をつきました。
