Acknowledgments
Writing a book is a labor of love, so an updated second edition
should have been a piece of cake. Yeah right! The hardest thing for
me to do was just like what I wrote five years ago. Why did I ever
think I could write? I feel like a second-grader struggling with tense
and just making sense. Do all writers go through this? Am I really
even a writer?
Everyone’s a writer when you think about it today. We all write
novels one email at a time. We add chapters to the book of our lives
by having a meaningful conversation or even a tedious lecture
(given and received).
I wrote this book the first time because I couldn’t find anything like
it and owe the privilege of having it published to the fine folks at
