It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

けてみると、ほとんどの人は標準的な

タを収集していないと認めています。
「事業を最適化するために現在どのようにデータを測定しているか、その方法を教
えてください」という質問をすれば、相手は正直に現在の環境や能力について話して
くれます。それによって、わたしたちは「顧客に最大の価値をもたらす機能」に焦点
を当てることができるのです。

わたしたちは、顧客が課題を解決できないのはアクセスの欠如（「顧客は単にこの
製品を持っていないだけ」）や、モチベーションの欠如（「顧客は単に、まともに問題
を解決しようとしていないだけ」）のせいであると考えがちです。言い換えると「顧
客が現状に真剣に取り組み、解決策を探そうとしてくれれば課題は解決できているは
