Banking and medical products, as well as electronic payment options, display personal information in tasks such as checking an account balance, making a transfer, viewing a medical history or paying a bill.
The participant must be given the opportunity to keep their information confidential. Some vendor platforms allow the participant to black out sensitive information before submitting their user videos. If this functionality is not available, the participant must be allowed to pause the recording while entering their private information.
