Each task represents a number of topics to investigate. These topics depend on the goals of the study and the particular questions that the stakeholders have. The moderator uses probing questions to gain insights into these topics.

Let's use the example of a retail website again. Imagine that the stakeholders want to understand the following:

• Do users use autocomplete?
• Do search results seem relevant?
• Is navigating to the price filter in the search results page clear (for instance, this filter could be located below the fold on many smaller screens)?

The task description might be as follows:

Imagine you are looking for sneakers for yourself. Use the search bar and only look for sneakers that are within your price range.
