If the session consists of more than one task, there can either be a separate video file for each task or one video file containing all the tasks. A full-service vendor platform handles video management, and in that case, this is a moot point. In a do-it-yourself setup, however, it is a relevant issue.

There are advantages and disadvantages to each option. Multiple shorter videos are easier to manage in terms of video upload and file size and trying to find a specific part of the video (as the videos are shorter). Multiple videos, however, can create overhead since more videos need to be named correctly, uploaded, and so on.
