I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Interpreting the findings
Now the best part begins: diving into the data and making sense of it. We work our way through the raw data, task by task (or question by question).
At this point, we are actually already compiling the report. For each task that we analyze, we directly enter the findings into the report and start building it. We like doing it like this because we (the authors of this book) both appreciate efficiency and hate repeating work. UX researchers can, of course, separate the analysis step from the report-compilation step, if this makes more sense to them.
