When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Improvement/remediation recommendations
This section tells the organization what they need to focus on in order to improve the usability of their digital product. It should be prefaced or followed by a page describing the significance of the severity levels (if the recommendations have been assigned a severity level).
We like to start this section off with the things that were done well. Only focusing on the negatives can be disheartening. Then the improvement recommendations should follow, listed in order of highest to lowest severity.
Where available, the findings should be illustrated with screenshots, tables or charts, and verbatim comments or video clips. We once presented the results of a UX study and showed a video clip to underline ...
