I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What makes for a good question?
In a remote unmoderated setting, the script is the main (and often only) way to provide information to the study participant. The script must be comprehensive, coherent, informative, and easy to understand, yet it should also be as concise as possible. Maintaining this balance can be challenging.
The saying "garbage in, garbage out" applies here; if the question is poorly formulated, the answers will be subpar. To get great insights, great questions are a necessity.
