I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Questions
Throughout the session, different types of probing questions are asked, depending on the purpose of the question.
The following are purposes for different types of probing questions:
- Feedback
- Elaborating
- Addressing missed topics
- Confirmation
Feedback
Feedback questions are generic questions to get feedback and determine the user's understanding and expectations.
Examples of feedback questions include the following:
- "Tell me what you see on this page."
- "What do you think you can do on this page?"
- "Let's say that you want to (buy this item). From here, what you do you think you would do?"
- "What would you expect if you tapped (this button)?"
