The summary can also contain an overview of the number of recommendations and their severity, as well as listing the benchmark scores measured. Or an overview comparison of the top box ease-of-use or satisfaction scores for the tasks completed during the study. Alternatively, a high-level overview of the most important positive and negative findings can be listed. It all depends on what best represents the answer to the goals of the study.
We usually write the summary last after documenting everything else. This allows us to walk through all the participant responses/observations and identify the main issues that caused the most problems.
