So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Speak the readers' language
This is usability 101: use the language of your target audience. We have this recommendation in many of our studies when a company exposes their internal, very specific jargon to their customers/users. The report of a UX study is no different. It is very often targeted at non-UX professionals and as such should use language that everyone will understand.
