So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The summary serves all audiences, as it gives the big picture and sets the scene. From our experience, parties interested in further detail will read on, while busy executives may stop after the summary. The summary section should, therefore, provide a condensed version of the results of the test. This is easier said than done. What information should be included? What is potentially too detailed?
