So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The voice of the user can be more powerful than just simply pointing out an issue. At this point in the analysis and presentation, the UX researcher will have a very good feel for the results and the core findings. Concluding the report with a few verbatim comments from participants that illustrate the main highlights will allow the reader of the report to hear the actual words of real users.
