I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Balance between open questions and user videos
Both open questions and user videos are great for extracting unguided feedback from the participants. However, both require a certain amount of time, and if they are requested for the same task, the participant might feel that they are merely repeating what they thought out loud for the video as a written response to the open question. It is therefore important to find the right balance between open questions and videos, with little or no overlap.
