Task flow
The order of the tasks may be dictated by necessity. If, for example, it is necessary to log in to or register with the product before being able to use it, then these tasks obviously have to be performed first.
Where this is not the case, the tasks should be ordered in such a manner that the previous questions do not reveal too much about what will be asked in subsequent questions. For example, if the participant is first asked to update their account information, and then a couple of tasks later, they are asked where they would expect to find language preference settings (which are in the same submenu as the account information), then they will probably have noticed the language preference settings when they were searching for ...
