I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The rules of the game
The moderator's goal is to gather insightful feedback. The moderator must do so in an objective and non-intrusive manner, while at the same time establishing rapport with the participant and ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. Striking this balance requires some practice.
A typical conversation between humans involves a level of interaction and sharing. For instance, a conversation between two peers could be a balanced exchange of thoughts and suggestions.
