I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Tone
The goal of the script is to provide all relevant information to the study participant in a clear, comprehensive, and concise manner. It is also one of the few ways to build rapport with the participants. The tone should be friendly and address the participant demographic, if relevant. For instance, a script aimed at children should use simple words and sentence structure, while a script aimed at non-technical users should avoid using technical terms.
