Observers are often eager to see the final session schedule, so that they can plan their observation times. If the study participants represent multiple personas or use different devices (such as desktop versus mobile), observers will expect to see that information in the session schedule, so that they can choose to attend specific sessions based on their interests.
When communicating the schedule, it is important to set the expectation that this schedule may change; if a floater is required to participate, that floater may not correspond to the exact target group that was originally scheduled. The best possible resolution is to alert the observers to any changes as soon as possible.
