So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Writing tips
In a remote unmoderated setting, the script is the main (and often only) way to provide information to the study participant. The script must be comprehensive, informative, and easy to understand, yet concise. Maintaining this balance can be challenging.
