So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Long tasks
In a survey-based approach, it is straightforward to divide long tasks into subtasks. If, for instance, detailed feedback is desired on the first step of a check-in process, then the subtask can instruct the participant to only fill out the first step and then answer questions before getting instructions to continue.
