So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Focus on the user
A usability study is about making an interface easier to use by the user. Intraoffice politics, the potential effort involved in implementing a recommendation, and so on should not influence what the UX researcher deems an issue, or which remediation solution they suggest.
