I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Address only the original usability problem
A UX study is about UX, and not about how to best support business goals or improve marketing copy. When kicking off a UX study, this type of goal might be listed as the aim of the study, but as we elaborated in Chapter 2, What Not to Forget When Planning Your Study, they are not valid UX goals, and might be better served using another tool. Do not provide visual design, product marketing, or coding recommendations; recommendations should be restricted to usability and interaction design.
