Ask the participant to start their user video by introducing themselves and the task. For example: "Hi, my name is Amy, and in this task, I will search for a pair of running shoes for myself." Introducing themselves as if they are talking to a person can help maintain a continuous think-aloud approach. By describing the task, the participant will focus on the task, and it will be apparent if the participant misunderstood the task. It's also handy for video reviewers, as it provides context.
