I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Post-session questions
Post-session questions elicit feedback based on the participant's experience throughout the study, not just for a single task. These questions start with “Based on your experience with the product during this UX study...".
Questions can include benchmark scores, such as USERindex, as discussed in Chapter 2, What Not to Forget When Planning Your Study, as well as feedback questions, such as the following:
- "What did you like most?'
- "What did you like least about the app?"
- "Was anything missing? If you could make recommendations for new features, what would they be?"
We like to ask both how likely a participant is to use the product in the future and how likely they are to recommend it to others. While these are similar ...
