It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Reducing fraud
As we mentioned in the previous chapter, one of the drawbacks of the survey method is that it is not always easy to verify whether a participant exercised due diligence in completing the tasks. A user video in combination with the survey method provides visual proof of this.
