So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Identifying issues
Once the data has been nicely laid out graphically, the UX researcher can use it to identify the issues the participants encountered. Analyzing the study results is exciting because the UX researcher gets to view the interface from the perspective of each of the participants and their unique situation. It is impossible to describe exactly how to do this, as it will vary from study to study (because it depends on the goals, the tasks completed, and the questions asked), but here are some pointers on how to go about it.
