So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The writing tips outlined in the previous chapters apply here as well.
Since the script needs to cover both user videos and survey questions, it will be longer than a script for one of the other methods. Keeping the language simple and being concise is even more important in this case.
