Survey questions
Every one of us has participated in a survey at one time or another. Some surveys are easy to understand and others not so much. Much of the power of good surveys lies in writing good questions and providing optimal answer choices. There is a lot that goes into writing good surveys and describing every aspect of it is beyond the scope of this book.
Selecting the appropriate question type plays a crucial role in writing good questions. Most survey tools feature a substantial list of question types. All question types have their own use, but at the end of the day, there are a few question types that can perform the majority of the work.
