I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Video file format, size, and delivery
In a vendor platform, the video formatting and delivery are built-in functions. The participant does not need to concern themselves with this.
When using a standalone tool, the participants must be instructed as to which output format and resolution to use. Resolution is important as it influences the quality and size of the file. The goal is to provide user videos that have a high enough resolution to be clear and large enough, but that are as compact as possible. mp4 is a universal file format that is supported by many tools, and can be viewed by most operating systems without much extra effort.
