I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Session duration
Survey-based sessions are best kept to about 45 to 60 minutes. There is an inverse correlation between the length of surveys and the quality of the responses. If each time the participant selects “next” in a survey, they are confronted with an even longer page of open questions, how likely are they to keep providing a lot of good input? In any case, the participant should always be informed upfront as to how much of their time the participation in the UX study will require, allowing them to plan their schedule accordingly.
