Building a database for future recruiting

Once you have put all of this effort into recruiting and screening potential participants, consider creating a database for future use. Be sure to check your local privacy laws before embarking on such endeavor. In order for this effort to be useful in the future, document the following:

• The answers to the screener questions, for every participant that answered the questions properly and could be a viable candidate in the future.
• The following metadata:
  • The date of screening is important, since information goes stale. Some information becomes stale faster than other information. The mobile device make and model might change faster than pet ownership, for example.
