It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Content of the report
The report of the results of a remote usability test should ideally include the following elements in this order:
- A cover page
- A high-level summary
- The study context
- The findings
- Benchmark scores
- Improvement/remediation recommendations
- Next steps
- An appendix
Each section should follow the same layout principles, making it easy for the reader to quickly consume the content without having to first understand how each page is structured.
