I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Discussion guide/script
The actual study will be led by either a discussion guide (for moderated studies) or a script (for unmoderated studies). Both are deliverables that the UX researcher has to develop as a part of the study. We will cover these in subsequent chapters.
At this point, it is important to set expectations on how many review iterations will be included. Ideally, the UX researcher will present a first draft of the discussion guide or script to the stakeholders, and they will review it and provide their feedback. The UX researcher will then incorporate the feedback, in order to produce the final version that will be used in the study.
