For studies with surveys, all the required information is available in the raw data of the survey responses. Many survey tools offer text-analysis tools for the analysis of qualitative user feedback, and most survey tools provide an option to export the responses in a table format.
If the raw data is the agreed study deliverable, then this data can be grouped (by participant profile, device used, or other criteria) and color coded (yes/no responses and Likert scale ratings, for example, can be given appropriate colors) in order to make it more digestible.
