Scheduling participants
Once participants have been recruited as described in Chapter 3, How to Effectively Recruit Participants, it is much easier to schedule their participation than it is for remote moderated sessions. Participants only need access to the script and the product under testing, and they need to understand when the user videos must be completed by. As described previously, this is part of the script instructions.
Even though participants have been vetted for, been notified of, and confirmed their participation in the study, some participants will not complete the study, for one reason or another.
