When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What is the desired answer?
A good question is a question that empowers participants to provide useful answers. Some things to consider when crafting a question are as follows:
- What does the question try to answer?
- How detailed does the answer have to be?
- Should the answer be a data point that answers "what" the metric is, or should it be qualitative feedback that illustrates "why" a metric is as it is?
Questions are crafted based on the preceding considerations, not based on what functionality they cover.
As an example, questions about site registration likely aim to understand whether users are able to register successfully and with ease. The question could be a simple yes/no question, and the results could be that "87% of 22 participants ...
