I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Post-task questions
Post-task questions will vary based on the task and what the UX researcher is attempting to learn from the participant's experience.
Common post-task questions include the following:
- Ability to complete the task: "Were you able to complete the task?"
- Ease of completing the task: "How easy or difficult was it to complete the task?"
- When a task was difficult to complete: "Please explain your answer."
- Confident: "How confident or not confident are you that you successfully….?"
- If exploring for pain points: "If you were using this product outside of this study, how likely would you be to continue?"
